Yin Yoga & Sound-Honoring Earth Day

Please join Carol, Anne and Rick on Earth Day as they facilitate a serene experience to honor our Mother Earth with this lovely combination of Yin Yoga which focuses on releasing tension in the connective tissue and fascia in the body - set to a landscape of healing and energizing therapeutic sound. As Carol gently guides you in and out of a series of restorative Yin postures, using the breath and various props to assist, Anne and Rick will create a soothing, all-enveloping, and at times deeply stirring musical backdrop, utilizing a blend of crystal singing bowls, gongs, handpan and more to help you slip into a state of deep release, opening and relaxation. The final Savasana is pure bliss!
