A "vin yin" yoga class is a hybrid style that combines the active, flowing style of Vinyasa yoga with the slow, passive style of Yin yoga. The class typically starts with a Vinyasa flow to build heat and strength, followed by a Yin portion where poses are held for longer periods to target deep connective tissues and promote relaxation. This approach balances energetic movement with calming stillness and is designed to build both strength and flexibility.
No registration required, drop in for only $10.
Inner Peace and Mindful Moments passes can also be used for this event at the door.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and find your spot. All props provided but you’re welcome to bring your own.
