Yoga & Sound Healing events. Together, these practices offer you the invitation to relax, unwind and settle into a deeply nourishing space in both your mind and your body, leaving you feeling free of tension, and enveloped in a blanket of peace.

As Sue gently guides you in and out of a handful of restorative postures, each encouraging you to surrender into the support of both the earth and many comfy props, Anne and Rick will create a soothing landscape of therapeutic sound by utilizing a blend of crystal singing bowls, gongs, shaman drum and hand pans to help you slip into a state of deep release.
