About the event
Join Dawn Zuidema, owner of A New Dawn Arising, as she guides you into a sound and breathwork journey connecting to yourself.
No experience required.
We will be using a three-part breathing practice with music while you are laying down. You will be guided the whole entire way through your journey of transformational sound and breath.
