Tai Chi class with “Instructor” Sifu Ken Mangus from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM! Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art featuring slow fluid movements with emphasis on balance, flexibility, and core strength. Tai Chi has shown to provide great health benefits for many different health conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, heart problems, as well as aid participants in fall prevention FINANCIAL SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE: We believe that everyone deserves access to the healing benefits of mindful movement. If financial constraints are preventing you from attending our classes, please don't hesitate to reach out. Cancellation Policy
By registering for our classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms: 1. Physical Risks and Responsibilities: - Our yoga and tai chi classes involve physical movements that may cause injury. - You must inform the instructor of any physical limitations, injuries, or health conditions that may affect your participation. - While instructors may offer modifications, it's your responsibility to listen to your body and only do what feels safe and comfortable. 2. Voluntary Participation and Liability: - You participate in our classes voluntarily and at your own risk. - You release and hold harmless Infinite Light Center, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries or damages arising from your participation. 3. Photography and Video: - We may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes. - By registering, you grant permission for the use of your image. Cancellation Policy: - Regular Classes: No refunds, except in extenuating circumstances (see below). - Snow/Bad Weather: We'll cancel classes, notify students via email and social media, and credit the class back to your account. - Extenuating Circumstances: We may consider issuing a credit for a future event, subject to approval, valid for a specific timeframe (e.g., 6 months).
