Service Description
Join us each Tuesday for a fresh offering of mindful movement. From yin, to slowflow to restorative - whatever's on offer, this practice will encourage an intentionality of movement, bring a deeper sense of awareness and connection to your breath, and allow you to dwell peacefully in the present moment. Such practices can help reduce stress and anxiety, ease pain and bring an enhanced sense of overall well-being. We hope you'll join us.

Cancellation Policy
By registering for our classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms: 1. Physical Risks and Responsibilities: - Our yoga and tai chi classes involve physical movements that may cause injury. - You must inform the instructor of any physical limitations, injuries, or health conditions that may affect your participation. - While instructors may offer modifications, it's your responsibility to listen to your body and only do what feels safe and comfortable. 2. Voluntary Participation and Liability: - You participate in our classes voluntarily and at your own risk. - You release and hold harmless Infinite Light Center, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries or damages arising from your participation. 3. Photography and Video: - We may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes. - By registering, you grant permission for the use of your image. Cancellation Policy: - Regular Classes: No refunds, except in extenuating circumstances (see below). - Snow/Bad Weather: We'll cancel classes, notify students via email and social media, and credit the class back to your account. - Extenuating Circumstances: We may consider issuing a credit for a future event, subject to approval, valid for a specific timeframe (e.g., 6 months).
